The Community First Responder (CFR) scheme is entirely voluntary so sponsorship and donations are vital to ensure the local community continues to benefit from the scheme.
All CFRs are unpaid volunteers and the equipment they carry is very expensive. There are also costs associated with maintaining equipment and a high level of on-going training.
The equipment cost for each new CFR is £1,500. Thus donations are greatly appreciated regardless of their size.
