North West Surrey Community First Responders are a team of volunteers in the Boroughs of Elmbridge, Runnymede and Spelthorne who are trained to respond to emergency calls through the 999 or 112 system in conjunction with the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust, SECAmb. We are based within the community and surrounding areas of:-

Elmbridge (Pop. 136,400)

Claremont Gardens, Claygate, Cobham, East Molesey, Esher, Hersham, Hinchley Wood, Long Ditton, Oxshott, St. Georges Hill, Thames Ditton, Walton on Thames, West Molesey, Weston Green, Weybridge, and Whiteley Village.

Runnymede (Pop. 88,500)

Addlestone, Chertsey, Chobham, Egham, Englefield Green, Longcross, Lyne, New Haw, Ottershaw, Thorpe, Virginia Water, Woodham.

Spelthorne (Pop. 99,100)

Ashford, Halliford, Laleham, Shepperton, Staines upon Thames, Stanwell, Sunbury.

Community First Responders are able to attend the scene of an emergency in a very short time - often within the first few minutes, and in the majority of incidents, they could be first on the scene. The responder can then begin vital life saving first aid before the arrival of an ambulance, further increasing the patient’s chance of survival.

North West Surrey Community First Responders play a vital role within your local community.
